stunning sally
Jim and I just started watching Mad Men from the beginning of the series and I was shocked to see these photos of Kiernan Shipka (aka Sally Draper).
She's stunning, and only ten years old. I thought age ten was supposed to be the beginning of the awkward years...?

girl crush
I normally get annoyed when the news beats every story to death (Octomom...) but I am so grateful that they can't stop talking about Prince William and Kate Middleton. I have a huge girl crush on her.
She's so cute and it boggles my mind that she was just a normal girl when she went to college.
...And now she is royalty.
Over the next few weeks I might be slightly preoccupied; I'll be busy devoting all my resources to scoring a wedding invite.

PS: In case I can't get an invitation, consider this your save the date. There will be a viewing party.

I'm constantly losing earrings, so I've made it a goal to avoid buying expensive pairs.
However, I can't stop thinking about these M. Flynn sparkly gems. I think they'd really brighten things up when the winter blues get the best of me.
